| 8 | | ""Qualified youth in care" means an Illinois resident who |
| 9 | | meets the definition of "youth in care" under Section 4d of the |
| 10 | | Children and Family Services Act immediately prior to being |
| 11 | | legally adopted by the taxpayer.".
