| 6 | | on page 19, by replacing lines 13 through 16 with the |
| 7 | | following:

| 8 | | "(9) the patient's temporary custodian appointed under |
| 9 | | subsection (2) of Section 2-10 of the Juvenile Court Act of |
| 10 | | 1987 if the court has entered an order granting such |
| 11 | | authority pursuant to subsection (12) of Section 2-10 of |
| 12 | | the Juvenile Court Act of 1987.".
