| 3 | immediately below line 1, by inserting the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "A limited liability company that provides professional | ||||||
| 5 | services and requires registration with the Department may | ||||||
| 6 | convert to a professional limited liability company by filing | ||||||
| 7 | the appropriate forms with the Secretary of State. There shall | ||||||
| 8 | be no fee for this conversion.".
