| 7 | | Sec. 3.1-6.5. Youth landowner or tenant permit. A resident |
| 8 | | or non-resident youth under the age of 18 may apply for a |
| 9 | | landowner or tenant permit issued by the Department for |
| 10 | | purposes of hunting on the property owned or leased by the |
| 11 | | landowner or tenant, with the landowner's or tenant's consent, |
| 12 | | regardless of whether or not the youth permanently resides on |
| 13 | | the same property as the landowner or tenant.".
