| 5 | | "Section 1. Short title. This Act may be cited as the |
| 6 | | Notice to Persons Experiencing Homelessness Act.

| 7 | | Section 5. Housing services and supports. |
| 8 | | (a) If a unit of local government determines that a person |
| 9 | | experiencing homelessness is living in a public space, the unit |
| 10 | | of local government may provide the person with a list of |
| 11 | | available housing and social services. |
| 12 | | (b) A unit of local government may not remove the personal |
| 13 | | belongings of a person experiencing homelessness unless it has |
| 14 | | established a policy regarding the removal of those personal |
| 15 | | belongings.".
