AMENDMENT TO HOUSE BILL 5667 




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend House Bill 5667 on page 1, line 
39, after "(a)", by inserting "In this Section, "companion 
4animal" has the same meaning ascribed to the term in Section 
52.01a of the Humane Care for Animals Act."; and


 
6on page 1, line 12, by replacing "3.01, 3.02," with "3.02"; and 
 
7on page 1, line 12, by replacing "this Act" with "the Humane 
8Care for Animals Act against a companion animal"; and
 
9on page 1, line 16, by replacing "3.01, 3.02," with "3.02"; and
 
10on page 1, line 16, by replacing "this Act" with "the Humane 
11Care for Animals Act against a companion animal"; and
 
12on page 2, lines 17 and 18, by replacing "zoo, or other 
13business establishment where companion animals are present"
