| 4 | | "Section 5. The Dual Credit Quality Act is amended by |
| 5 | | adding Section 35 as follows:

| 6 | | (110 ILCS 27/35 new) |
| 7 | | Sec. 35. State campus. |
| 8 | | (a) An institution may not offer a dual credit program with |
| 9 | | a high school in this State if the institution's main campus is |
| 10 | | not located in this State. The Illinois Community College Board |
| 11 | | and the Board of Higher Education may not approve an |
| 12 | | institution to offer dual credit courses if the institution's |
| 13 | | main campus is not located in this State. |
| 14 | | (b) This Section does not apply to an institution offering |
| 15 | | a program of study that is not offered by another institution |
| 16 | | in this State.
