| 1 | | HOUSE JOINT RESOLUTION

| 2 | | WHEREAS, During the 99th General Assembly, House Joint |
| 3 | | Resolution 77 created the Mobile Integrated Healthcare Task |
| 4 | | Force to identify and recommend ways
that the State of Illinois |
| 5 | | can incorporate changes in its health care delivery system in |
| 6 | | order to increase the
collaboration and utilization of current |
| 7 | | health care workers while decreasing the associated costs; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, The Mobile Integrated Healthcare Task Force was to |
| 9 | | report its findings and recommendations to the General Assembly |
| 10 | | on or before January 1, 2017; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, The Mobile Integrated Healthcare Task Force needs |
| 12 | | additional time to compete its work; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES OF THE ONE |
| 14 | | HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, THE SENATE |
| 15 | | CONCURRING HEREIN, that the Mobile Integrated Healthcare Task |
| 16 | | Force shall report its findings and recommendations to the |
| 17 | | General Assembly as required by House Joint Resolution 77 of |
| 18 | | the 99th General Assembly on or before September 1, 2017; and |
| 19 | | be it further
|
| 20 | | RESOLVED, That with this extension the Mobile Integrated |
| 21 | | Healthcare Task Force shall continue to operate as provided |
