| 4 | | "(b-4) Beginning on August 1, 2017 and ending on July 31, |
| 5 | | 2042, from the tax revenue deposited in the State Gaming Fund |
| 6 | | under this Section, $5,000,000 shall be paid annually, subject

| 7 | | to appropriation, to the host municipality of an owners |
| 8 | | licensee of a license issued or re-issued pursuant to Section
|
| 9 | | 7.1 of this Act before January 1, 2012. Payments received by |
| 10 | | the host municipality pursuant to this subsection (b-4) may not |
| 11 | | be shared with any other unit of local government.".
