| 2 | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 569 on page 3, line | ||||||
| 3 | 16, by inserting after "jurisdiction." the following: | ||||||
| 4 | "A park owner who increases rent, fees, or other charges | ||||||
| 5 | imposed upon a tenant in violation of an ordinance enacted | ||||||
| 6 | under this subsection shall be liable to that tenant for all | ||||||
| 7 | damages and attorney's fees reasonably incurred as a result of | ||||||
| 8 | the park owner's violation.".
