| 9 | | Sec. 25-105. Investigation of sexual harassment. |
| 10 | | Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, the |
| 11 | | Legislative Inspector General may investigate any allegation |
| 12 | | or complaint of sexual harassment without the approval of the |
| 13 | | Legislative Ethics Commission. At each Legislative Ethics |
| 14 | | Commission meeting, the Legislative Inspector General shall |
| 15 | | inform the Commission of each investigation opened under this |
| 16 | | Section since the last meeting of the Commission.".
