SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations to the Department of Corrections for FY 18 operational and administrative costs of the Peoria Women’s Community Transformation Academy.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $3,504,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for the administrative and operational costs of the Peoria Women’s Community Transformation Academy.
Section 10. The amount of $280,000 or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Corrections for costs associated with Heavy Equipment Training Simulators at the Peoria Women’s Community Transformation Academy.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2017.
