| 1 | | AN ACT concerning civil law.

| 2 | | Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois,

| 3 | | represented in the General Assembly:

| 4 | | Section 5. The Farm Nuisance Suit Act is amended by |
| 5 | | changing Section 2 as follows:
|

| 7 | | Sec. 2.
The term "farm" as used in this Act means any |
| 8 | | parcel of land
used for the growing and harvesting of crops; |
| 9 | | for the feeding, breeding, keeping,
and management of |
| 10 | | livestock; for dairying, horse keeping, or horse boarding or |
| 11 | | for any other agricultural
or horticultural use or combination |
| 12 | | thereof.
