| 3 | line 21, by deleting "and"; and

| 4 | on page 3, line 5, by deleting "or"; and
| ||||||
| 5 | on page 3, by replacing line 7 with the following: | ||||||
| 6 | "civil rights;
| ||||||
| 7 | (4) a mandate pertaining to the publication of any | ||||||
| 8 | required public notice; or
| ||||||
| 9 | (5) a mandate pertaining to the Freedom of Information | ||||||
| 10 | Act, the Open Meetings Act, the State Records Act, or the | ||||||
| 11 | Local Records Act.".
