SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $3,600,000 from the State Parks Fund to the Department of Natural Resources, in coordination with the Capital Development Board, for the development of the World Shooting and Recreational Complex for construction and debt service expenses required to comply with this appropriation. Provides that to the extent that revenues are received for such purposes, the revenues shall come from non-State sources. Effective immediately.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $3,600,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the State Parks Fund to the Department of Natural Resources, in coordination with the Capital Development Board, for the development of the World Shooting and Recreational Complex for construction and debt service expenses required to comply with this appropriation. To the extent that revenues are received for such purposes, the revenues shall come from non-State sources.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect upon becoming law.
