| 2 | | AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3075 on page 7, by |
| 3 | | replacing lines 20 through 23 with the following:

| 4 | | "(7) the number of reported incidents of youth sexual |
| 5 | | aggression towards staff at each facility including sexual |
| 6 | | assault, residents exposing themselves, sexual touching, |
| 7 | | and sexually offensive harassing language such as repeated |
| 8 | | and unwelcome sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, |
| 9 | | or verbal comments, gestures, or actions of a derogatory or |
| 10 | | offensive sexual nature; and"; and

| 11 | | on page 9, by inserting immediately below line 2 the following: |
| 12 | | "(e) For the purposes of paragraphs (7) and (8) of |
| 13 | | subsection (b) only, reports shall be filed beginning July 1, |
| 14 | | 2019 or the implementation of the Department's Offender 360 |
| 15 | | Program, whichever occurs first.".
