| 7 | | Sec. 25.06. Waiting list information. Upon request by an |
| 8 | | applicant for a Housing Authority's public housing, a Housing |
| 9 | | Choice Voucher, or other housing owned or operated by a Housing |
| 10 | | Authority for which the Housing Authority manages a waiting |
| 11 | | list, the Housing Authority shall provide the applicant with |
| 12 | | information on that applicant's position on the waiting list |
| 13 | | within 10 business days.".
