AMENDMENT TO SENATE BILL 3185




2    AMENDMENT NO. ______. Amend Senate Bill 3185 as follows:


 
3on page 10, by replacing line 11 with "U.S.C. 9858)."; and
 
4on page 10, by replacing line 13 with "Child Care and 
5Development Fund (42 U.S.C. 9858)."; and
 
6on page 16, by replacing lines 3 through 13 with "institution 
7of higher education. The Unit shall be responsible for 
8providing technical assistance and ensuring that reviewing and 
9approving amendments to the Administrative Code amendments 
10proposed by State grant-making grant agencies comply in 
11connection with the implementation of this Act and shall be 
12responsible for establishing standardized policies and 
13procedures for State grant-making agencies in order to ensure 
14compliance with the Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost 
15Principles and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards set forth
