SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018, as follows:
General Funds $650,000
Other State Funds $200,000
Total $850,000

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 1. The sum of $650,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for operational expenses of the fiscal year ending June 30, 2019.
Section 5. The sum of $200,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Interpreters for the Deaf Fund to the Deaf and Hard of Hearing Commission for administration and enforcement of the Interpreter for the Deaf Licensure Act of 2007.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018. Notwithstanding anything in this Act to the contrary, appropriations authorized in this Act shall be used for all costs incurred prior to July 1, 2019.
