SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Makes appropriations for the ordinary and contingent expenses of the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2018

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
ARTICLE 1
Section 5. The sum of $4,500,000, or so much thereof as may be necessary, is appropriated from the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Commission for historic preservation purposes.
Section 10. On July 1, 2018, or as soon thereafter as may be practical, the State Treasurer shall transfer $2,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Supreme Court Historic Preservation Fund.
Section 99. Effective Date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
