SYNOPSIS AS INTRODUCED:
Appropriates $1,800,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants to Special Olympics Illinois and Special Children's Charities for youth disability programs. Effective July 1, 2018.

AN ACT concerning appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The sum of $1,800,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for grants to Special Olympics Illinois and Special Children's Charities for youth disability programs.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
