Appropriates $12,500,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for grants to the Illinois YouthBuild Coalition. Effective July 1, 2018.

AN ACT making appropriations.
Be it enacted by the People of the State of Illinois, represented in the General Assembly:
Section 5. The amount of $12,500,000, or so much of that amount as may be necessary, is appropriated from the General Revenue Fund to the Illinois Criminal Justice Information Authority for the purpose of making grants to the Illinois YouthBuild Coalition and for administrative expenses related to the Illinois YouthBuild Coalition.
Section 99. Effective date. This Act takes effect July 1, 2018.
