AMENDMENT TO SENATE JOINT RESOLUTION 73

AMENDMENT NO. ___. Amend Senate Joint Resolution 73 as follows:

on page 3, line 7, by replacing "whom" with "who";

on page 3, line 12, after "Representatives" by inserting ", who shall be designated as co-chairperson of the Task Force";

on page 3, line 25 through page 4, line 1, by replacing "the Association of State Floodplain Managers" with "an association that represents floodplain managers in the State";

on page 4, line 2, by replacing "One member representing American Rivers" with "One member representing a national advocacy group working on Mississippi River issues";

on page 4, line 3, by replacing "One member representing Prairie Rivers Network" with "One member representing an environmental advocacy organization headquartered in Champaign";

one page 4, line 4, by replacing "One member representing the Illinois Environmental Council" with "One member representing a statewide environmental group encompassing over 80 additional environmental groups";

on page 4, lines 6 and 7, by replacing "One member representing the Illinois Chapter of the Sierra Club" with "One member representing an environmental organization with grassroots advocates across the State";
