Proposes to amend the Legislature Article of the Illinois Constitution. Provides that a person may not be elected to the office of State Senator or State Representative for terms totalling more than 10 years in each house of the General Assembly. Provides that service before the second Wednesday in January of 2019 shall be considered in the calculation of a person's service. Effective upon being declared adopted.

8 | | this resolution a proposition to add Section 2.5 to Article IV |
9 | | and amend Section 2 of Article V of the Illinois Constitution |
