| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Mark Earley of North Chicago, who passed |
| 4 | | away on December 17, 2016; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley was born in Mundelein to Bill and |
| 6 | | Dyanne Earley on February 5, 1964; he graduated from Mundelein |
| 7 | | High School in 1982 and married Sandra Krapf on July 21, 2001; |
| 8 | | and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley was a journeyman electrician with |
| 10 | | International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 150 for |
| 11 | | 25 years; he was a proud member of the Zion-Benton Moose Lodge |
| 12 | | 667, where he served as Governor; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley spent his free time volunteering for |
| 14 | | Moose Charities and hosting activities for Lodge 667; he was |
| 15 | | recently recognized by Moose International as a Fellow; he was |
| 16 | | an avid fan of the Chicago Bears, Cubs, and Blackhawks and |
| 17 | | attended many Bears games with his beloved wife, a Packers fan; |
| 18 | | and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Mark Earley was preceded in death by his parents; |
| 20 | | and
|
