| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Walter S. Chess Jr. "Buster" of Joliet, |
| 4 | | who passed away on January 10, 2017 at the age of 65; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Walter Chess Jr. was born in Joliet on November |
| 6 | | 21, 1951; he was a graduate of Joliet Township High School; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Walter Chess Jr. was a handyman who could fix |
| 8 | | anything; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Walter Chess Jr. was preceded in death by his |
| 10 | | father, Walter (Louise) Chess Sr. and his mother, Lucille |
| 11 | | (Sinchak) Chess; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Walter Chess Jr. is survived by his beloved |
| 13 | | daughter, Dena (Eric) Schlunz; one sister, Judy (Charles) |
| 14 | | Mistakovich; one niece, Diane Wright; one nephew, William |
| 15 | | Mistakovich; a great-niece, Sabrina Wright; his former spouse, |
| 16 | | Elida Chess; a stepbrother, Mike Schulte; and three dear |
| 17 | | friends who were always there for him, Billy Newman, Frank |
