| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Doris N. Olson of Deerfield, who passed |
| 4 | | away on December 25, 2016, at the age of 91; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Doris Olson was the beloved wife of the late Ramon |
| 6 | | L. Olson; the loving mother of Linda (Arthur) Fess, Elaine |
| 7 | | Olson (Robert Boughton), David (Robin), Steven (Carmen), Mark |
| 8 | | (Joan), and Christine Olson; the cherished grandmother of Kurt, |
| 9 | | Tim (Maggie), Katie, Nick, Alex, John, Ray, Lindsey, Lauren, |
| 10 | | Garrett, Forrest, Matthew, and Ryan; the dear |
| 11 | | great-grandmother of Sam, Ben, and Holly; and the dear sister |
| 12 | | of John (Jean) Nelson and the late Elaine Nelson; therefore, be |

| 14 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 15 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 16 | | Doris N. Olson, and extend our sincere condolences to her |
| 17 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
