SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Timothy Fitzgerald Rowles II of 
4Springfield, who passed away on February 3, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Timothy Rowles II was born in Springfield to 
6Timothy and Carla Rowles on November 8, 1992; he was a 
7graduating senior at Harris-Stowe State University in St. 
8Louis, Missouri; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Timothy Rowles II recently completed the Rise 
10Community Development's Rising Stars practicum with the 
11Tabernacle Community Development Corporation in St. Louis; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Timothy Rowles II was a member of Abundant Faith 
13Christian Center in Springfield, the Alpha Phi Alpha 
14Fraternity, Inc. in St. Louis, and the National Society of 
15Leadership and Success; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Timothy Rowles II was preceded in death by his 
17grandparents, Ernest B. Green Sr., and Edward "L.C." Rowles 
18Sr.; and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Timothy Rowles II is survived by his father, 
20Timothy F. Rowles Sr.; his mother, Carla J. Rowles; his sister,

1Autumn C. Rowles; his grandparents, William H. Washington Sr., 
2Oshia J. Washington, and Queen E. Green; therefore, be it
  
 
3    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
4ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
5Timothy Fitzgerald Rowles II, and extend our sincere 
6condolences to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved 
7him; and be it further
  
 
8    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
9presented to  the family of  Timothy Rowles II as an expression 
10of our deepest sympathy.
