SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Russell Edward Koch of McHenry, who 
4passed away on February 13, 2017 at the age of  64; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Russell Koch was born in Chicago to Arnold and 
6Dolores (Wedrall) Koch on December 14, 1952; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Russell Koch worked as a Union Electrician for 
8local #150 for 22 years and was a longtime member of the Model 
9A Club; he was adored by his children and will be greatly 
10missed by all who knew him; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Russell Koch was preceded in death by his parents; 
12and

  
 
13    WHEREAS, Russell Koch is survived by his loving children, 
14Michael J. Koch, Ryan E. Koch, and Marisa M. Koch; his 
15grandson, Lucas Michael Koch; and his brother and sister, Wayne 
16Koch and Gail Burt; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
19Russell Edward Koch and extend our sincere condolences to his 
20family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
