| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Nancie L. Blatt of Lincolnshire; and

| 4 | | WHEREAS, Nancie Blatt was a 30-year resident of Highland |
| 5 | | Park before moving to Lincolnshire; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Nancie Blatt was the beloved wife of the late |
| 7 | | Martin Blatt; the loving mother of Lauren, Stephanie, and the |
| 8 | | late Susan Blatt; the caring sister of Elizabeth (Alan) May; |
| 9 | | the fond sister-in-law of Shirley L. (the late Allen) Blatt; |
| 10 | | the proud aunt of Stacy (Ronnie) Klein, Julie (Randy) Kaplan, |
| 11 | | Riva (David) Lipman, Jennifer (Jay) Gabel, and Michelle (Doug) |
| 12 | | Moody; the great aunt of many nieces and nephews; and the |
| 13 | | cherished daughter of the late Samuel and the late Bernice |
