SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Cynthia M. Bart of McHenry, who passed 
4away on February 27, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart was born in Chicago to Peter and 
6Virginia (Lehner) Czerwinski on November 25, 1947; she married 
7James Bart at St. Aloysius in Chicago on August 7, 1971; and
  
 
8    WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart worked for the McHenry Savings Bank 
9for 25 years; and
  
 
10    WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart enjoyed camping, reading, and 
11spending time with her grandchildren; she loved all animals; 
12and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart was preceded in death by her parents; 
14and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Cynthia Bart is survived by her husband, James; 
16her children, Jennifer (Ryan) Pope, Jeremy (Megan) Bart, and 
17Jaclyn (Greg) Kroeger; her grandchildren, Mckayln Bart, Mason 
18Bart, Lydia Pope, and Violet Kroeger; her sisters, Celeste 
19Seavey, and Cecilia Czerwinski; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Cynthia M. Bart, and extend our sincere condolences to her 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it 
5further
  
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to  the family of  Cynthia Bart as an expression of our 
8deepest sympathy.
