SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Tennessee J. Rangel, who passed away on 
4March 26, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Tennessee Rangel was born on March 5, 1949; and
  
 
6    WHEREAS, Tennessee Rangel served in the United States 
7Military during the Vietnam War; and
  
 
  
8    WHEREAS, Tennessee Rangel was the beloved husband of 
9Janette (Raiman); the devoted son of the late Diego and  
10Katherine (Schramm); the loving father of Rebecca, Monica 
11(Anthony) Schittino, and Jessica; the fond grandfather of 
12Emilio, Micaela, and Angelo; the dear brother of Richard (Kim), 
13Sandi (Buck) Pranica, Jack (Trish), and Teri (the late Scott) 
14Lindstam; and fond uncle, cousin, and friend of many; 
15therefore, be it
  
 
  
16    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
17ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
18Tennessee J. Rangel, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
19family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it
