| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Richard F. Budzynski Sr. of Johnsburg, |
| 4 | | who passed away on April 13, 2017; and |
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. was born in Chicago to John |
| 6 | | and Emily (Zyskowski) Budzynski on February 12, 1939; he |
| 7 | | proudly served in the United States Marine Corps and married |
| 8 | | the love of his life, Muriel Paszkiet, in Chicago at St. Robert |
| 9 | | Bellarmine Church on September 29, 1962; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. was the proprietor of RFB |
| 11 | | Litho Service Inc. of Chicago for over 39 years; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. had a summer home since 1989 |
| 13 | | in Johnsburg and became a permanent resident in 1999; he was a |
| 14 | | member of the Knights of Columbus Council 9167 with St. John |
| 15 | | the Baptist Catholic Church; he loved to read and enjoyed |
| 16 | | woodworking; he had a great love for nature and the outdoors; |
| 17 | | especially his riverfront property in Johnsburg, and the beauty |
| 18 | | of the outdoors in Wisconsin; and

| 19 | | WHEREAS, Richard Budzynski Sr. was preceded in death by his |
| 20 | | parents; his brother, John Budzynski; his sister-in-law, Del |
| 21 | | Budzynski; and his brother-in-law, George Blickhahn; and
