SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Larry J. Banas of Elwood, who passed away 
4on February 19, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Larry Banas was born to John and Helen (Zavorski) 
6Banas on January 7, 1951; and
  
 
7    WHEREAS, Larry Banas was a skillful carpenter and 
8craftsman; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Larry Banas was an avid community volunteer, and 
10proud grandparent, father, and husband; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Larry Banas was preceded in death by his parents; 
12and
  
 
13    WHEREAS, Larry Banas is survived by his wife, Donna 
14(Valentinas) Banas; his  sons, Drew (Jennifer) and Aaron Banas; 
15his  grandchildren, Ryan, Ella, and Joseph Banas; and his 
16sister, Valerie Losos; therefore, be it
  
 
17    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
18ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
19Larry J. Banas, and extend our sincere condolences to his

1family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it

3    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be
