| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of John Kenneth Wilcox of Lincolnshire and |
| 4 | | Lake Forest, who passed away on May 15, 2017 at the age of 81; |
| 5 | | and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, John Wilcox is survived by his wife of almost 60 |
| 7 | | years, Helen; his children, Patti (Greg) Vollmer, John (Lori), |
| 8 | | Jim (Katie), and Jeff (Kelly); his grandchildren, Katie (Ben) |
| 9 | | Mitchell, Erin Vollmer, and John, Rachel, Megan, Tim, Trey, |
| 10 | | Anna, and Robbie Wilcox; his great-grandchild, Lena Mitchell; |
| 11 | | his sisters, Diane Wilcox and Lenore Wilcox; and many nieces |
| 12 | | and nephews; therefore, be it

| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 | | John Kenneth Wilcox, and extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 16 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
