| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Michael A. Feldman of Buffalo Grove, who |
| 4 | | passed away on June 19, 2017; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Michael Feldman was the owner of Video Experience |
| 6 | | for 38 years and a Sears retiree; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Michael Feldman was preceded in death by his |
| 8 | | parents, Sam and Beatrice; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Michael Feldman is survived by his wife, Faith |
| 10 | | Daytz; his children, Jeffrey David and Tina Louise (Alan) |
| 11 | | Balodi; his grandchildren, Isabella and Gabrielle; his |
| 12 | | brother, Steven (Betty Fundakowski); and he was a caring |
| 13 | | brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, and friend to many; therefore, |
| 14 | | be it

| 15 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 16 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 17 | | Michael A. Feldman, and extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 18 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
