SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Randy G. Mowder of Rock Island, who 
4passed away on June 12, 2017; and
 
5    WHEREAS, Randy Mowder was born in Moline to George and 
6Margaret Six Oliver Mowder on December 15, 1950; he served as a 
7sergeant in the United States Air Force from 1973 to 1976; he 
8married Jackie Dickerson in Rock Island; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Randy Mowder joined the workforce for Menards as 
10an estimator on June 7, 1980; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Randy Mowder was active in his faith; he  enjoyed 
12playing pool and spending time with his family; he will be 
13greatly missed by all who knew and loved him; and

  
 
14    WHEREAS, Randy Mowder was preceded in death by his parents 
15and his brother, Mike Mowder; and
  
 
16    WHEREAS, Randy Mowder is survived by his wife, Jackie; his 
17son, Joseph (Amanda) Mowder; his grandchildren, Ryan 
18(Samantha) Mowder, Brett Mowder, CJ Cassiday, and Khloey 
19Mooney; his great-granddaughter, Rileigh Mowder; and his 
20sisters, Sandy Emtree and Eileen Robinson; therefore, be it

1    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
2ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
3Randy G. Mowder, and extend our sincere condolences to his 
4family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
5further
 
6    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
7presented to the family of Randy Mowder as an expression of our 
8deepest sympathy.
