SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Ryan Christopher Koski, who passed away 
4on July 30, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Ryan Koski was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin on 
6January 1, 1988; he graduated from Gurnee Middle School and 
7received his high school diploma from the American School of 
8Correspondence; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Ryan Koski worked in the family business, 
10installing flooring then for American Dream Home Improvement; 
11and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Ryan Koski enjoyed four wheeling, motor bikes, 
13biking with his dad and friends, baseball, basketball, 
14football, Boy Scouts, golf, snowmobiling, bumper boats, go 
15carts, pool, scuba diving, music, movies, eating out, and 
16working out; his travels took him to Texas, Arizona, Canada, 
17Michigan, Florida, Arkansas, and Hawaii; he was a devoted 
18father; and
  
 
19    WHEREAS, Ryan Koski was preceded in death by his father, 
20Stacy Selenak; his grandfather, Denis Selenak; and his 
21step-grandfather, Don Susman; and

1    WHEREAS, Ryan Koski is survived by his daughter, Michelle 
2Lynn Koski, and her mother, Elysia McPherson; his mother, Lynn 
3(Dave Pasko) Sylvester; his grandparents, Mary Jo and Melvin 
4Koski; his  grandmother, Diane Selenak Susman; his aunt, Shannon 
5(Matt) Wamser; his  uncles, Mike Koski and  Mark (Rose) Koski; 
6his  half-siblings, Scott Towne and Tierney Sylvester;  and 
7numerous  cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
8    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
9ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
10Ryan Christopher Koski, and extend our sincere condolences to 
11his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
12further
  
 
13    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
14presented to  the family of  Ryan Koski as an expression of our 
15deepest sympathy.
