| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Kelly Shawn Moore of Lake Forest, who |
| 4 | | passed away on September 1, 2017; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Kelly Moore was born on November 11, 1959; and
|
| 6 | | WHEREAS, Kelly Moore was preceded in death by his parents, |
| 7 | | James and Doris Moore; and his siblings, James, Richard, Diane, |
| 8 | | and Brian; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Kelly Moore is survived by his children, Kyle, |
| 10 | | Victoria, and Mason Moore; his siblings, Clayton Moore, Michael |
| 11 | | (Sarah) Moore, Paul (Kathleen) Moore, and Brett (Suzanne) |
| 12 | | Moore; and many nieces and nephews; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 | | Kelly Shawn Moore, and extend our sincere condolences to his |
| 16 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
| 17 | | further
