| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Aldona M. (Berkiel) Barrows of Gurnee, |
| 4 | | who passed away on September 2, 2017; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Aldona Barrows was the wife of the late Robert J. |
| 6 | | Barrows; the loving mother of Lawrence H. (Sherrie) Quedenfeld, |
| 7 | | Karen L. (Douglas) Mihevc, and Richard A. (Tava) Barrows; the |
| 8 | | grandmother of Debra (Bobby) Holtzapple, Stacie (Greg) Scott |
| 9 | | and Kimmy Quedenfeld, and Kristen and Collin Mihevc; the |
| 10 | | great-grandmother of Kevin, Alexis, Camron, and Grayson; the |
| 11 | | sister of the late Albert Berkiel; and the daughter of the late |
| 12 | | Apalonija and Stanley Berkiel; therefore, be it
|
| 13 | | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL |
| 14 | | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of |
| 15 | | Aldona M. Barrows, and extend our sincere condolences to her |
| 16 | | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it |
