SENATE RESOLUTION

WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to learn of the death of Angela R. Isaacson of Normal, who passed away on September 25, 2017; and

WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson was born in Charleston, South Carolina to Richard and Eleanor Blair Twedell on February 6, 1969; she earned a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice and was a Certified Interior Decorator; she married Todd D. Isaacson in Bloomington on October 10, 1998; and

WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson assisted her husband in starting Isaacson Concrete and Excavating and later founded Brio Cove Salon and Spa in Bloomington; and

WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson was deeply spiritual and was baptized in the Eastern Orthodox faith; she valued simplicity and old-fashioned values; faith and family were especially important to her, and she was a dedicated mother and grandmother; and

WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson was preceded in death by her grandparents, Phyllis and Merv Twedell; and other members of her family; and

WHEREAS, Angela Isaacson is survived by her husband, Todd; her children, Ahmbrea (Mark) McNeely, Ian (Amy) Swafford, and Kelsey (Dean Peters) Isaacson; her grandchildren, Cam, Olive, Jameson, Charlee, and one on the way; her father and mother-in-law, David and Janie Isaacson; her sister-in-law, Holly Isaacson (Bryan) Lowery; her parents, Richard and Eleanor Twedell; her siblings, Joy (Keith) Wilson, Donald (Teri) Twedell, Heather Mullens, and Annette Lee; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends; therefore, be it

RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of Angela R. Isaacson, and extend our sincere condolences to her family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it further

RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Angela Isaacson as an expression of our deepest sympathy.
