SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Robert James Crittendon Jr. of North 
4Chicago, who passed away on November 3, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Rob Crittendon was born in Waukegan to Annie 
6Threats and Robert Crittendon Sr. on February 23, 1966; he 
7graduated from North Chicago Community High School in 1984, 
8where he played basketball; he then attended Suomi College in 
9Hancock, Michigan; he lived in North Chicago for the majority 
10of his life; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Rob Crittendon was an avid sports fan and loved 
12the game of basketball; he had a big heart, infectious 
13personality, and brought laughter wherever he went;  he took 
14pride in his family, his children, and the community in which 
15he lived; and
  
 

  
16    WHEREAS, Rob Crittendon was preceded in death by his 
17mother, Annie Threats; and
  
 
18    WHEREAS, Rob Crittendon is survived by his father, Robert 
19(Jackie); his sisters, Rosalyn Neal, Olevia Young (Eric), 
20Tameeka Duster-Kirkland (Tim), and Alicia Carter (Clemmie); 
21his brothers, Cassius Crittendon and Darrin Crittendon; his

1sons, Zachery Livingston (Marissa) and Deshawn Crittendon; his 
2daughters, Jasmine Crittendon, Ariana Moore, and Destiny 
3Crittendon; and his many nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and 
4a special grandmother, Mrs. Vina Amlet; therefore, be it
  
 
5    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
6ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
7Robert James Crittendon Jr. and extend our sincere condolences 
8to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be 
9it further
  
 
10    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
11presented to the family of Rob Crittendon as an expression of 
12our deepest sympathy.
