SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Frederick "Fritz" C. Muller of Milan, who 
4passed away on November 26, 2017; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Fritz Muller was born in Rock Island to Russell W. 
6and Elizabeth M. Downing Muller on April 8, 1933; he was a 
7United States Army veteran and served during the Korean War; he 
8married Bernice Rosenthal in Rock Island on July 11, 1952; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Fritz Muller for as a forklift operator at J.I. 
10Case for 20 years; after his retirement, he worked at Beacon 
11Bay in Rock Island, and QC Campers in East Moline; and
  
 
12    WHEREAS, Fritz Muller was a member of the Milan American 
13Legion Post 569; and
  
 
14    WHEREAS, Fritz Muller was preceded in death by his wife, 
15Bernice; his parents; his brother; his sister; and two of his 
16grandsons; and
  
 
17    WHEREAS, Fritz Muller is survived by his son, Greg (Linda) 
18Muller; his daughter, Debra (Denny) Roberts; his 
19grandchildren, Josh McGonigle, Nick McGonigle, and Sherry 
20Morrison; his ten great-grandchildren; and his close friend,

2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Frederick "Fritz" C. Muller and extend our sincere condolences 
5to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be 
6it further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the family of Fritz Muller as an expression of our 
9deepest sympathy.
