| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Anton George "Tony" Sikorcin of Boynton |
| 4 | | Beach, Florida, who passed away on October 28, 2017; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Anton Sikorcin was born in Chicago to Anton and |
| 6 | | Julia on May 11, 1934; he served in the U.S. Army for four |
| 7 | | years; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Anton Sikorcin founded Craftsman Tool & Mold |
| 9 | | Company in 1965, a manufacturing company that specializes in |
| 10 | | custom mold bases for the plastic injection industry; |
| 11 | | originally located in Franklin Park, it has since been |
| 12 | | relocated to Aurora and still thrives today; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Anton Sikorcin was preceded in death by his |
| 14 | | daughter, Sue Schultz; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Anton Sikorcin is survived by his loving wife, |
| 16 | | Ramona (Toni); his children, Shirley (Brian) Yagoda, Glenn |
| 17 | | (Tammy) Sikorcin, Wayne (Laura) Sikorcin, and (James) Schultz; |
| 18 | | his grandchildren, Kylie, Jared (Aubrey), Allyse, Dominique |
| 19 | | (Ryan), Tyler, Cheyenne, Luke, Abby, Emma, and Jack; his |
| 20 | | "adopted" granddaughter, Joan Bowen; his great-grandchild, |
| 21 | | Skylar; his sister, June (Dale) Tate; and his nieces, Lynda and |
