SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Robert Daniel "Danny" Hanner of Bunker 
4Hill, who passed away on January 20, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Robert Hanner was born in Wood River to William 
6Gene Hanner and Betty Jean (Carter) Hanner on April 11, 1959; 
7he married Dee Anna Schuetz in Bunker Hill on September 26, 
81981; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Robert Hanner worked as a computer technician for 
10Western Union; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Robert Hanner was a member of the Masonic Lodge of 
12Bunker Hill; he enjoyed Quarter Midget Racing, Nascar, Sprint 
13Cars, the St. Louis Cardinals, feeding the birds, and watching 
14his grandchildren play ball; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Robert Hanner was preceded in death by his mother; 
16his brother, John Hanner; his sister, Rebecca Ann Hancock; and 
17his nephew, Ryan Hanner; and
  
 
18    WHEREAS, Robert Hanner is survived by his father; his wife, 
19Dee Hanner; his children, Jason Hanner, Dea (Dusty) Bennett, 
20Sara (Justin) Paul, and Tara (Jake) Provaznik; his

1grandchildren, Danica, Ryleigh, Jaxon, Wrigley, Laytnn 
2"Eddie," and Gracie; his brothers, Mike Hanner, Jim (Debbie) 
3Hanner, and Kenny (Deb) Hanner; his brother-in-law, Bud 
4Hancock; and his many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, 
5great-nephews, great-great-nieces, and great-great-nephews; 
6therefore, be it
  
 
7    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
8ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
9Robert Daniel "Danny" Hanner and extend our sincere condolences 
10to his family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be 
11it further
  
 
12    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
13presented to the family of Robert Hanner as an expression of 
14our deepest sympathy.
