| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Wayne G. Frame of Woodstock, who passed |
| 4 | | away on January 6, 2018; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Frame was born in Woodstock to Charles and |
| 6 | | Ann (Larsen) Frame on June 8, 1932; he served in the United |
| 7 | | States Marine Corps during the Korean War aboard the USS |
| 8 | | Monrovia in the Communications Division; he married Olive |
| 9 | | Slavin in St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Hartland on November |
| 10 | | 19, 1955; and
|
| 11 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Frame worked for Commonwealth Edison for 40 |
| 12 | | years; and
|
| 13 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Frame spent many winters at his home in the |
| 14 | | Rio Grande Valley area of Texas, where he volunteered at his |
| 15 | | church for Habitat for Humanity projects; in his earlier years, |
| 16 | | he coached with the Woodstock Little League and for the St. |
| 17 | | Mary School Athletic Basketball program; he was a member of St. |
| 18 | | Mary Church, the Woodstock Knights of Columbus, the VFW, and |
| 19 | | the Woodstock Moose Lodge; and
|
| 20 | | WHEREAS, Wayne Frame was preceded in death by his wife, |
| 21 | | Olive; and
