| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Eola "Birdie" Deppmeier of Johnsburg, who |
| 4 | | passed away on January 9, 2018; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Eola Deppmeier was born in Chicago to John and |
| 6 | | Eola Walters on December 10, 1932; she married Henry "Jim" |
| 7 | | Deppmeier on November 7, 1956; and
|
| 8 | | WHEREAS, Eola Deppmeier worked as a medical assistant in |
| 9 | | the office of Dr. P. Narang for many years; she also worked at |
| 10 | | the McHenry Hospital and spent many hours volunteering in the |
| 11 | | emergency room; and
|
| 12 | | WHEREAS, Eola Deppmeier was an active member at Chain O' |
| 13 | | Lakes Evangelical Covenant Church in Johnsburg, now Meadowland |
| 14 | | Church; and
|
| 15 | | WHEREAS, Eola Deppmeier was preceded in death by her |
| 16 | | parents; the father that raised her, Willard Hillman; her |
| 17 | | husband, Henry; her brothers, Jim, Jack, Wayne, and Ron; and |
| 18 | | her daughter, Erin Seemann; and
|
| 19 | | WHEREAS, Eola Deppmeier is survived by her sons, Brent |
| 20 | | (Suzanne) and Brad (Laura) Deppmeier; her granddaughter, Becky |
