SENATE RESOLUTION

  
 
2    WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to 
3learn of the death of Darin Douglas Rowe of Peoria, who passed 
4away on January 30, 2018; and
  
 
5    WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was born in Champaign to Douglas Glen 
6and Michelle Diane (Kaiser) Rowe on March 23, 1988; he 
7graduated from Glenwood High School in Chatham, where he played 
8hockey and football; and
  
 
9    WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was employed at Hoerr Landscape in 
10Peoria; and
  
 
11    WHEREAS, Darin Rowe volunteered at his neighborhood food 
12pantry; he enjoyed spending time outdoors, hiking, 
13landscaping, and listening to music; he had a big heart and was 
14a loving father to his son; and
  
 
15    WHEREAS, Darin Rowe was preceded in death by his 
16grandfather, William C. Kaiser; his grandmother, Norma Rowe; 
17and his brother, Blake Rowe; and
  
 
18    WHEREAS, Darin Rowe is survived by his parents; his sister, 
19Mindi Rowe; his son, Indigo Rowe; his grandmother, Rosemary 
20Kaiser; his grandfather, Glen (Judy) Rose; and his large

1extended family of aunts, uncles, and cousins; therefore, be it
  
 
2    RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL 
3ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of 
4Darin Douglas Rowe and extend our sincere condolences to his 
5family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it 
6further
  
 
7    RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be 
8presented to the family of Darin Rowe as an expression of our 
9deepest sympathy.
