| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Thomas Robert Gibbel of Carlinville, who |
| 4 | | passed away on January 26, 2018; and

| 5 | | WHEREAS, Tommy Gibbel was born in Litchfield to Eric P. and |
| 6 | | Alyssa (Crouch) Gibbel on July 15, 2008; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Tommy Gibbel's smile was contagious, and his heart |
| 8 | | was great; his story is inspiring, and his impact is deep; and
|
| 9 | | WHEREAS, Tommy Gibbel is survived by his parents; his |
| 10 | | sister, Ryleigh Gibbel; his brother, Andrew Gibbel; his |
| 11 | | grandparents, Richard and Karen Gibbel and Robert and Brenda |
| 12 | | Crouch; and his great-grandparents, Dorothy and Marvin |
| 13 | | Hillebrand; therefore, be it
