| 2 | | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to |
| 3 | | learn of the death of Robert Francis "Bob" Ketchum of Lockport, |
| 4 | | who passed away on February 27, 2018; and
|
| 5 | | WHEREAS, Bob Ketchum was born in Sublette to Robert and |
| 6 | | Marcella (Gehant) Ketchum; and
|
| 7 | | WHEREAS, Bob Ketchum was employed by the Joliet Steel Mill, |
| 8 | | the Collins Street Penitentiary, and was a laborer for Union |
| 9 | | Local #75; and
|
| 10 | | WHEREAS, Bob Ketchum was an avid Chicago White Sox fan; he |
| 11 | | loved his dog Moses and enjoyed drinking coffee with his |
| 12 | | friends at the local coffee shop; most of all, he was proud of |
| 13 | | becoming a great-grandfather to Carter; and
|
| 14 | | WHEREAS, Bob Ketchum was preceded in death by his parents; |
| 15 | | his sister, Dorothy Dinges; and his longtime friend, Dawn; and
|
| 16 | | WHEREAS, Bob Ketchum is survived by his daughter, Cynthia |
| 17 | | (Claude) Williams; his grandson, Claude (Betsy) Williams III; |
| 18 | | his great-grandson, Carter Williams; his siblings, Shirley |
| 19 | | (Edward) Vanisko, Eugene (Kathleen) Ketchum, Donna (Larry) |
| 20 | | Jaros, and Yvonne DeFritos; his brother-in-law, John Dinges; |
